We specialize in Multi-Family New Construction as well as Rehabilitation, with a focus on renovating with tenants in place. We have experience meeting the guidelines of Affordable/Subsidized Housing Building Standards from agencies such as New York State Homes and Community Renewal (NYSHCR), NYS Govenors Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR), US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), USDA-Rural Development, as well as National Park Service Historic Renovation Standards.
