Our Present

After David’s retirement, Sue took over the company and continued the focus on quality affordable housing. She adapted the business to new avenues of financing, as well as empowering people within the company to help it excel to new heights. She developed a style of forming partnerships with the communities she develops in, along with the respective funding and regulatory agencies.

This focus on Private-Public partnerships as well as community partnerships is what Sue specializes in, delivering superior quality product compared to other affordable housing general contractors and construction management firms. With the entry of David into the business, the company is poised to continue this great work for another generation.

Two Plus Four Construction currently holds an Asbestos Handling license as well as an EPA Lead Based Paint RRP Certification.
