This property is a 32-unit Elderly Project with a single building with community spaces both

within and outside. This property is a 32-unit Elderly Project. The 32 units are made up of (30) 1-BR units (4 are fully HC adapted with roll-in showers) and (2) 2-BR units (1 is a fully adapted HC with a roll-in Shower). Community spaces were located both within and outside the apartments.

The project was built in compliance with the following programs/certification levels: NYS HCR GREEN BUILDING INITIATIVE, ENERGY STAR HIGH PERFORMANCE, NAHB-NATIONAL GREEN BUILDING STANDARD, LEED-SILVER, and ENTERPRISE GREEN COMMUNITIES CRITERIA—EMERALD.
